Triton Property Management will provide regular property inspections including:

• Check of outbuildings
• Perimeter checks looking for damage, entry or other obvious irregularities
• Interior premises checks as identified or required by the client
• Complete checklist including date, time and signature

In the event something does occur Triton will, if you have previously authorized, contact your insurance company or the required repair persons to minimize further damage or to initiate repairs.
